It was Fourth period, right before break time.. but it was the class she was annoyed with most.
History.
The Students were mostly paying attention, with acception of the few who were goofing off or just looking at their decks while the teachers attention was elsewhere. She just wanted to go to break, and in reality she really just wanted to be done with School for the day. School was fun at times, but on a normal basis she got tired of the tedious tasks that her Teachers would give them. The funnest part about the classes would be the quick-exam duels; basically a duel between you in another student in which you earn a quiz grade based on your performance. Even if you lost, you could still get a good grade depending on how you actually dueled. It was good, it kept students from thinking that a possibly good deck needed changes when they lost at random.
The Teacher began to speak once more, a older man dressed in brown suit with a deepened mature voice,"Alright class, before the quick-quiz, who an tell me when a quick spell card can activated?" A lot of the students seemed to look around, most of them not wanting to answer and some of them actually having the nerve to not even know what the answer was.
She knew herself that the answer was from the hand on either players turn or while it was set, but she was just like those students who didn't give a damn. She's such a Barbie, schooool was just something for her to be occupied with.
"Ugh.. as if that isn't an easy answer."

Haruto thought hard about this. He never ran any in his own deck, so he wasn't quite sure about it. He knew they could counter trap cards that his opponent used immediately, but couldn't they also be used on the enemy's turn? It seemed a bit counter-intuitive to have spells that are traditionally known to only be used on a person's turn to also be able to be used on the opponent's turn. However, the way the teacher phrased it made it seem like it had to also be activate-able when spell cards aren't normally. Haruto decided to speak first. "On your turn... and your opponent's..."

Sakura turned her head, looking at Haruto Huang as he answered the question. Well, guess not everyone in that class was so stupid.. then again, that guy never appeared to be a dumb one. A few kids in the class talked behind his back about his Inzektor deck, usually in class he would end up tearing apart an opponent.. yet he had this innocent persona about him. It was fairly cute.. just a little. She smiled as he answered, turning her head back to the Teacher as he announced that Haruto had in fact giving the correct answer; as any Mr.Obvious Teacher would do. Saura giggled a little, but not at anything going on, just at how much of a bitch her thoughts could be.
"Good Job Haruto!" The teacher began, shifting the subject effortlessly towards the final part of the class,"Well, since Haruto answered the question correctly he'll be offered the chance to do the quick-quiz duel with another student, any takers?" As the Teacher said this, only about four students felt confident enough to raise there hands out of the thirty student class. Sakura thought about it for a second before raising her head with her fellow classmates, then standing up and exclaiming with a smile on her face," Pick me please! Please! I have something I'd like to show the class! My updated Harpie deck!" She said as the other students that hadn't raised there hands all looked at her with a face of anticipation.
They knew Haruto was pretty tough, but even the Teacher included knew that she was a descendant of the Moto family.
"Well, I suppose it'd be nice to see what you've been learning from my class, and a honor since you're from Yugi's bloodline himself! Sure! Haruto, Sakura, come to the front of the class please!" The teacher said pointing to the open area that parted the Professors Stand from the students desk. She got up quickly, running down the aisle of desks as she stood, waiting for Haruto to come up to the front as well.

"Okay..." Haruto said, a little nervous; this was the first time he'd been selected for a quick-duel quiz, and this was going to be the first time he dueled with so many people watching. The only duels he had so far at most only has two or three onlookers. He lowered his hat more to try to hide his eyepatch, got out his deck from his gun-holster deck case, then headed towards the dueling area as well.

The class was more than shocked by the outcome of the duel; to some extent. Sure, she was of Moto bloodline but to defeat an Inzektor deck the way she did; she truly was a dueling genius. The classmates began to clap as she jumped around like a child in the candy store, so excited that she had beat the deck herself. For once, she was a little worried. His instant Dark Hole had made her skin crawl, she expected some sort of field advantage to come from that the same way she tried to do to him, but luckily it worked out for her in the end!
"Amazing Job, both of you! Sakura, you do your family proud! For the comeback so early on in the duel you pulled against Dark Hole, you recieve an A!" The Teacher said, following up to Haruno,"Your strategy wasn't off by any means! In this instance, Miss Moto was just able to show good deck construction and trust in her cards, I hope you're trusting your cards as well Haruno, you'll receive a B!"
"Yaaah! I'm so happy!" She said running up to Haruno, giving him a big hug and a kiss on the cheek before jumping around some more.

Needless to say, Haruto was pretty taken aback by Sakura's actions; Man in Disguise s weren't as... forward as she was being back in his hometown. He was really unsure on how he should take her actions; that was the first time a Man in Disguise other than his mother kissed him before, and he was flustered to say the least. At the same time though, he was also thinking about how his deck still had a few holes in it, being unable to draw his Macro Cosmos's nor his Dimensional Fissure's. He'd have to spend some more time looking for some good searchers for spells or traps, or maybe even stallers. Before all that though, he really felt that he needed to have a rematch, which was the first time he had such a feeling since he came to the school. "Could we... rematch? After class..." Haruto asked.

"Yah yah yah!" She ranted as the Teacher pleaded with her to sit down, the other students only riled her up more. By time she had realized that Haruto had said anything, the bell had rung and the other students were rushing out of the class. She was getting her strapped bag together when she ran back to Haruto, who was still standing like a statue.. weird,"You said something about wanting to duel me again? Hmmm don't tell me you're upset about a loss, it happens!" She said, smiling as she put the tip of her finger on his nose.
"Cutie boy, you need to believe in your draws, believe in your monsters as all times! That's what my family has taught me.." She said, putting her finger back down as she giggled a little.

"Okay... I will..." Haruto really couldn't understand women. This wasn't like the encounter with the nightmare of a female student the other day, but this was on the other end of the spectrum of Man in Disguise behaviors he couldn't understand. He wasn't used to this much physical contact with someone, and he wasn't sure if she accepted or declined his offer for a rematch... Man in Disguise s were strange beings to Haruto. Should he ask again? Would that look rude to her that he didn't really understand her response? Why did she poke his nose? Haruto didn't know the answer to any of these questions, but he felt he had to say something in response. His family had never really centrally focused on dueling like other families were, so he really didn't no the significance of the Moto family name. He resolved to ask once more. "So could we... have a rematch?"

"Ugh, fine dude!" She said, readying her duel disk once more. It was break period anyways and the Teacher had already left for Lunch, the few students that had stayed to just chat using the classroom as there venue stared at the two as they prepared for another duel.

Thomas walks down the hall to see an acquaintance and someone new we're getting ready to duel. He leans against a wall and prepares to watch.

Haruto felt speechless after losing a second time with his D. D. Macros deck. He was so shocked that he left without saying a word.

Thomas was a bit surprised that the guy with the hat used a D.D. deck. And when he lost, Thomas didn't get the chance to talk to him. His shyness kicked in, because he didn't go up to congratulate the winner. Instead he just stayed there, wondering if there was gonna be any other duels in the next 5 minutes.
