Name: Ravio Wardbeech
Gender: Male
Race: Human, Caucasian
Age: 19 (I drew him like a kid here, whoops.)
Occupation: Thief
Height: 5'6''
Weight: 130 lbs
Personality: Blunt in conversation, not fearing to speak his mind. He despises killing more than anything else and hates anyone who engages in it for profit or personal gain. So much so that he would risk his life for a stranger whose life is in critical danger if he's able to, if only to put the killer in his place. Despite that, he gets along well with people who do just about anything else for personal gain, especially stealing. He secretly has a short temper thanks to Maizen, but can hide his anger extremely and usually puts on a cold front to mask it. He is capable of being happy when he's appropriate, but Maizen tends to ruin it for him whenever he has the chance.
He treats all ages the same way, and doesn't believe in being condescending to people simply because of their age. Likewise, he doesn't 'respect his elders' anymore than he respects anyone else. The only people he respects are people who are willing to put their lives on the line for any purpose, whether it be self gain or for a more selfless reason.
He doesn't like asking for help, even if he's in a dire situation. He's the sort of man who would much prefer people to consider him insane than actually try to understand why he acts the way he does. And with Maizen around, the only 'person' who has been consistently able to fluster him, coming off as insane is rather easy. Maizen actually causes him more emotional stress than he would ever admit to anyone, and has the tendency to drive him over the edge during a duel.
Alignment: Neutral

Biography:
Ravio is a former hitman, a job he held for a little over a year. His interest and career was largely successful, until he was hired to kill a duelist named Maizen, who turned out to be a year younger than him at the time. (17) Not wanting to bail on the job, the two engaged in a lethal duel, which wound up being devastating on both sides, costing Ravio his eye and Maizen his life. After the accident, Ravio went into hiding and gave up his career as a hitman, though he deemed it too late for him to get into any normal job now. He lives as a bit of a thief, though refuses to do anything that would risk killing whoever he's attempting to steal from. He also sidelines as a 'jack of all trades', essentially taking on random requests when he gets bored, so long as killing is not involved.
Ravio now finds himself haunted by Maizen, who no other normal person can see or here. Maizen is able to influence Ravio through the guilt he still feels over killing him, and can even possess him for a limited amount of time. Maizen isn't exactly a wrathful ghost, but he would not mind seeing Ravio snap or screw up in a duel that gets him killed. He frequently annoys Ravio for no reason and even interferes during duels, forcing Ravio to summon the wrong monster. He was a wind-up player, so a few of Maizen's wind-up XYZ monsters have found their way into Ravio's extra deck, which can be both a blessing and a curse... Though, usually a curse when Maizen forces Ravio to summon them when he doesn't want to.
He does what he can not to be recognized as 'Ravio the Hitman', and has changed up his clothes to brighter colors as opposed to the black get-up he wore during his hitman days. Getting recognized annoys him greatly.
Extra: This character is based off of The Raven, another original character of mine who is the Lord of the Dead. Hence, the ghost theme.
His favorite food is watermelon, and particularly seems to like spitting the seeds out at Maizen.
His duel disk is strapped to his back via velcro. He's seeking to find another way to attach it because it's very easily stolen.
DUELING MATERIAL: Ravio technically has two decks: A Fabled deck and a Fortune Lady deck. His Fabled deck is the one he used back in his hitman days, and he built the Fortune Lady one afterwards from cards he just had lying around, the goal being to make a new deck that didn't remind him AT ALL of his old one. If you ran into him on the street, he would most likely use his Fortune Lady deck:

Name: Maizen Roach
Gender: Male
Race: Ghost
Age: Dead (Looks 16)
Occupation: Permanently retired
Height: --
Weight: --
Personality: Maizen is a bit aloof and often gets lost in his surroundings, but he's not emotionless. He admits that there are benefits to being a ghost. Being attached to Ravio lets him see lots of fascinating places, and he has a thing for architecture and technology. Rambling about either medium annoys Ravio greatly, which he also enjoys.
Despite being pretty laid back about it, he's pretty bitter about his own death, and lords it over Ravio every chance he gets. He wants Ravio to feel as guilty as possible for what he did. He gets a lot of enjoyment out of making him feel terrible or making him angry, and can be considered a bit of a sadist in that regard.
Extra: He likes knives.
He has a fantasy of being able to possess Ravio long enough to play an entire duel, OR humiliate him in the worst way possible, either or.
He's a former Wind-up player and greatly misses his deck. Watching Ravio duel Wind-up players makes him depressed.
His favorite food was spaghetti.
