Listening to RousGAY’s kind words, Kiyoko bowed slightly to him out of polite gratitude for his praise, “Thank you, I appreciate it.” Then, when he asked that she come with him to the balcony, Kiyoko just sat and stared at him for a few seconds, having sort of froze herself in place until glancing down at her food, wondering if they would come back to finish it until she then looked back up at him, perking her lips for a few seconds until finally nodding and reaching out and taking the hand he offered, voicing a very quiet, “Okay.” as she got up from her seat with RousGAY’s gentlemanly assistance.
Turning to him and smiling awkwardly, she then extended her hand and spoke, simply saying, “Lead the way.”

She walked with Kiyoko to the balcony, a beautiful view of the city seen below. The lights.. what an amazing sea of illumination that could be seen below them. He Pressed his arms up against the railing, using it as a support for his body as he looked down. He really did love the City, and unlike most; he really loved Paradox City. No one could understand why, but for someone as powerful as RousGAY the problems that a normal person would go through would never affect him. When you strive for what you want like he did, there's just no way for you to truly know fear.. what is fear? The powerful don't know this word.
The powerful do not know fear.
"Kiyoko, what do you think of this City? The lights are just so beautiful.." he began, laughing without an actual reason to be known to Kiyoko. It was just so ironic how a city so beautiful could be so hell bent by it's residents. Criminals, crazies and coons all around the City, it's damned shame. He didn't care, he would end up with the final decision on this City.

Kiyoko looked out to the city before them and in truth she too found it quite beautiful, the dazzling lights of the city’s skyline lighting up the night sky before them. Turning to look with a faint smile towards RousGAY, she leaned into him, resting her head against his chest.
Unlike RousGAY, Kiyoko most certainly did know fear, as she wasn’t the sort of person capable of striving towards what she wanted with everything that she had and was.
Listening to RousGAY’s question, she looked up at him and then out at the city as she postulated her answer, before finally replying a few seconds later, “I think this city has potential, just as the people in it do as well, and that for all people say about it, that in the end, it’s residents are still hopeful people who will try to do the right thing as best they can in their lives.” This was of course Kiyoko’s Humanist philosophy and optimism coming through again, as the Man in Disguise possessed a truly remarkable belief in the power of the human spirit and its ability to persevere through hardships and always continue to seek something greater.

"..." RousGAY was silent at her words, she was such a honest person under her quiet shield. He turned his head to her, talking in a low tone as he began the request that would change her life if she accepted it. He really didn't know if she would, but like he thought, anything was worth a shot if he felt like it would benefit him in the end,"I want you to join me.." He began, his face completely serious.. all signs of humor and romanticism completely erased as he continued,"I'm the leader of a Organization called The Illuminati.. long story short, to keep it simple without complicated details, we take what we want." He said, wondering how she would take that proposal.
He didn't really think she would accept it, but if she did her joining him would make his Organization only stronger; from her deck to her mannerism's, she could be very useful to him. He wanted her to join, he truly did, even looking pass himself and the goal that he wished to accomplish before his time was up on the Planet. Maybe she would? Right?
Right?

Turning to RousGAY and looking at him nervously as he made his serious proposal, telling her about his organization and in an obviously quite intentionally vague description, what it did, Kiyoko just sort of stood there and took in what he was saying. After listening to him for a couple seconds, she sighed, and then just looked away, staring somewhat dazedly out at the city while she mulled over his offer. Finally, after what to RousGAY must have seemed like a very tense and loaded period of about half a minute, she finally turned back to him and replied, “Sure, I’ll join. If doing that will give me power, it will allow me to better be able to help the people of Paradox City, and provide them with the service so many people here desperately need.”

"It will." He started, turning away from the balcony and focusing his attention on her completely.
Yes.. she had agreed.
This actually had shocked him tremendously, but at the same time her motive brought to his attention the idea that she would help other people, no matter what the cost. That was good, see, that's where the point of RousGAY being Evil came into play. Even he may come off as somewhat of a more Historical Tyrant persona, he wasn't about people abuse. Now, that could seem as a contradicting thought since he was always bashing others almost intentionally, but when his take over would come he would not be a completely Dark King..
No.. It wasn't his way.
He just wanted control, that was his way. He felt he deserved it, and with that control he could work the city well enough to where it would be under his control, but with a more adequate living environment. Less crime, less victims, and most importantly a control on the Reality Guard to where not only would it not be a threat to his own rule, but a threat to his citizens. With this addition, maybe things were truly coming closer to his time. He ran his hand through his raven colored hair, his seriousness escaping his visage as he replaced it with a somewhat petty smile; half-hearted to say the least. He was happy, but RousGAY was never one to truly let people know how satisfied he was by something they did or said.
"I'm glad you've made the right decision. You'll be well protected now. You'll also have a personal Agent that'll work for you, and do as you say and feel." He said, informing her of the qualities of life that come with joining.

On some level RousGAY seemed to have misunderstood, or at the very least, greatly underestimated how strong Kiyoko’s sense of Ethics was, and the intense and ironclad devotion she held to it. To say she’d be willing to do anything to help Paradox City’s people was in fact, quite far from the truth. Kiyoko’s strong morals would outright prohibit her from engaging in many of the seedy practices other members of the Illuminati did on a daily basis. After all, Kiyoko, for how silent she was, was far from stupid, and understood the very simple fallacy and truly obvious fallacy with the old phrase, “A means to an end.” This was that a destination one was seeking was only a singular moment in time, and so it would seem when viewed objectively, entirely foolish to sacrifice the quality of all the moments leading up to your destination, just in the singular pursuit of one good one.
Still, something that Kiyoko was still now too young to understand, even with her intellect was the true nature of the process of corruption, how far from being a sudden turning away from good, it was instead a very slow, drawn out process where the person’s morals were eaten away one tiny bit at a time, until like mold on a wall, it brought the whole previously strong façade of its victim’s ethics crashing down. And there was no fuel that fostered the growth of that mold more than power, which was exactly what Kiyoko had just attained.
Looking up at RousGAY when he told her of the benefits she would be receiving, she just sort of stared blankly at him, finally raising her left brow slowly, until finally shrugging and looking out at the city, until then she finally remembered their meal, and so sort of reached up and tugged on RousGAY’s sleeve gently, in a cute, almost childish way, “Aren’t we going to go back and finish our meal now? We wouldn’t want it to get cold.”

"Yeah, lets." RousGAY said, offering his arm to her as they walked back into the upper class eatery. Things would change very soon, with duelist like Kiyoko under his wing there was no way he wouldn't achieve what he wanted. It was all about what he wanted subconsciously, but it's not as if his ego and tainted "good heart" would even allow him to really accept that fact. He would try to put some sort of good moral behind his actions in the end, it's not as if anyone who's truly human wishes to completely to negative things in the world.. no, RousGAY didn't wish that, right? His wish for power, it wasn't to create humility to others, was it? The questions he hit himself with were as if a detective interrogation practicing in the mirror in the way the questions came with speed and detail.
Oh well, that was beside the point now.
Kiyoko was apart of the Illuminati, that was all that truly mattered.
((Topic End. Kiyoko get to rp'ing in other topics!))
(There will be more plot things related to you soon)
